Pot hole now larger

My husband reported this about 3 weeks ago ..when they did the repair they left three smaller holes unfilled ..two of theses are now developing into another substansial hole and will no doubt destablalise the one thats been repaired..do you people ever check the poor quality of the repairs done by your contractors..the workmanship is shocking and no doubt could be done far better by my 7 year old grandchild..

Yes this has been done but we have noticed that another hole is already starting to develope at the rear of the largest patching up..in time this will no doubt get bigger and cause the already repaired one to degrade again
