Small green dog fouling problem

Within Marnel park is a small green with a metal perimeter gate. This green has had dog fouling problems before and even now with 3 dedicated bins it still has around 40 - 50 bits of dog fouling on it. It also appears to be only down to few offenders. It is disgusting especially as the children play football on this field. Can you possibly make it more prominent that this is not on by putting posters on the gates and monitoring it as it ruins it for other users. Also in one day I counted 5 occurrences on the pavement in Marnel park which again is not on.
