Twitchells Lane - Rubbish

We have an ongoing problem of rubbish all over our road between where Twitchells Lane joins New Barn Lane and Austens Farm. Just lots of rubbish both sides of the road and no one ever seems to clear it up. The problem is getting worse and worse and we have a ditch full of 'diamond white cans'. This cannot be right.
