Amount of cars

There are now so many cars in this area, it makes parking so difficult. Every house has at least two cars with only one space to park them one person has 5 vehicles!!!! I often think to myself that if my house were to be on fire a fire engine would not be able to get through to my property! Surely this can't continue and something has to be done....?
