Looks like a collapsed drain

Deep pot hole at the bus stop, that is about 18in x 12in x 6in, it then travels out like a ditch etheir side of the pot hole, going for 10 foot on the one, and 3 foot to drain on other. would say it looks like the drain has collasped.
