Deep potholes next to drain cover

Southbound carriageway opposite the sewage works: same place as was fixed back in January. There really isn't much point in bodging these problems every month. The road ~100m south of here was completely resurfaced recently - and it has no problems.

It's probably been fixed, but this is a perennial problem, and it has already started to become a big hole again.
