Cycle lane liable to flooding

I've been cycling around this corner for years. Every time it rains, the cycle lane which is separated from the road by a kerb, floods quite literally on the bend from Tottenham Ct Rd to Howland Street. I think it needs to be re-laid, with a slight incline to help water drainage.

I have been down this road and it is not a slight but major pothole/ deep took a chunck out of my classic car front bump weeks later still the same and no reponce from wistminster after two letters i have a video of when the damage was done and weeks later without a change !
