Street light not working

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 5 minutes later

Lights up but only about 10% of what it should be. Near an extremly raised part of pavement due to tree roots. Nearly tripped over in November 09 and amazed to see light still not fixed after walking down same road last night. Its the new church road end of westbourne on the right hand side if you walk from portland road to the seafront.
