Ruined grass patch!!

The resident at number 129 the birches,three bridges, insists on driving up the kerb and driving on the lawn outside of her house, not her property, and what with this wet weather, her tyres have been getting stuck and it has bought up all the mud and left giant tyre marks and pretty much ruined the grounds, this lady does this every day several times a day and it looks just awful now and she needs to be stopped, the poor earth is flooded and spoiled. there are car parking spaces around this area so it is beyond me why she has to park up on the grass! it is very distressing seeing these grounds being used as a car park. this lady has to be stopped, the street needs taking care of and the lady fined for vandalism!!!

I recieved a phone call from fix my street and was told that this resident was a nuisaance and they knew of her for being a pain, but i was informed that if there was yellow lines painted on this corner than she should not be parking on the verge, yet to this day 22/3/2010 she continues to park up on the verge ruining the grass, although now she has also decided to park just in front of the painted give way signs on the road, so she not only tears up the grass but she is a hazzard to oncoming traffic by parking anywhere she like on the road, this is still not fixed and i would like something done please.
