Dog fouling in Harewood

There is an excessive amount of dog fouling on the footpaths in the Church Lane and The Avenue areas in Harewood. It started with the bad weather in January. I rang the council about that time and they said that they would send some one round to see to it. As it is still there I wondered if anything had been done to "clear up" the problem.
