Trench across road

Approximately 30-50 metres East of the Scientology Building, there is a badly-filled trench across the carriageway. It has a width of about 30cm and a maximum depth of about 10cm which is enough to wreck a bicycle wheel and cause an accident to the unwary. Knowing it's there, I always bunny-hop my bicycle across this obstacle, but it has been in place for some years now and may have lead to a number of accidents. Please can you arrange to smooth it over? It's the single worst road hazard on my bicycle journey between London Waterloo and Bishopsgate.
