Dog fouling in childrens play area/damaging childrens play things

Dogs are fowling the fenced off childrens play area and their owners are ignoring times when their animals puncture children footballs and pretend to go deaf/blind to the issue. Despite posters giving notice that this is a problem area the situation needs extra action in addition to simply posting notes.

While the fouling problem improved during recent bad weather the problem has returned.
