A Landrover Registration # AGT 957W is parked at the junction of West Ways and Nursery Gardens . The vehicle has a trailer attatched to it which has a different registration number . The vehicle is parked partially on the pavement which makes it difficult for pedestrians to pass and it also obscures the view from Nursery Gardens into West Way making it very dangerous for other road users . The vehicle and trailer are facing oncoming traffic and have not moved for 10 days ..
