For the attention of the highways department, London Borough of Enfield.

I am completely opposed to the closure of Seafield Road, N11. Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know what surveys or consultations were carried out, what methodology was used for these and what the results were. I would also like a full cost breakdown of the works. Thank you.
