I live at 65 but more often than not, i cant get on my drive, because of cars parking on the road opposite at 38

As there are no double yellow lines on the opposite side of the road, Allerdale Borough Council cannot take any traffic enforcement measures. Therefore you will need to report the matter of obstruction to Cumbria Police on 0845 3300247 or email: enquiries@cumbria.police.uk
