Sent to Brent Borough Council less than a minute later

Burrmead Court (building) on Tanfield Avenue (Neasden) in which the tenants reside is very old therefore it has moulds, old paint, inadequate single glazing (making the winter harsher), and poor cavity wall insulation. The entrance of the building is wide open which metal door which allows youths to enter and smoke on the premises. The local council has been made aware of these issues however we are yet to see any improvements. I sincerely beg changes are made for the tenant’s safety and peace of mind.
