Sent to Leeds City Council 3 minutes later
A number of vehicles persistently parking on the pavements, including a blue minibus and a transit van on the opposite side of the street. Residential estate and these vehicles reduce visibility for people exiting their driveways, pedestrians and disabled people using the footway and is on a bend so people coming up the street cannot see if someone walks into the road. Restricts access for emergency services and refuse collection. Residents also concerned about a child being injured or killed.
