Surface water Drainage on North Road

There is a real problem with the drains along this stretch of North Road. It is almost impossible to walk between Gabalfa Clinic and Caerleon Rod without getting soaked by a passing car on rainy days.

The drain outside 219 North ROad is almost fill of sludge.

A huge pudle also develops on the corner by Gabalfa Baptist.

I've had no communication on this. The puddle seemed reduced in size but I still got splashed

The road has been patched which has alleviated the problem but the drain is still full
