Car Abandoned

T937 HSA has been dumped in Buckie Crescent. It has been there since Sat 13th Feb and the tax disc expired 08/09. It is casing a hazard as it blocks the view of the road when reversing out of my drive. The car does not belong to any of the neighbours.
