Please Help

Someone in the street keeps letting their dog foul on my driveway, which gets in my car tyres and my 5 yr old niece stepped in it the other day. They also allow it to foul all over the pathway outside my house where people walk. Please help as it's disgusting.

A sign was put up to let others know the area was being monitored which was very helpful. Unfortunately the sign has disappeared and the dog fouling seem to have continued, not on my driveway (for now) but on the pathway.
