Massive Puddle/Drainage Issue

There is an exceptionally large volume of water gathered on the pavement near the post box in front of Rejuvenate Dental Clinic. This is causing pedestrians to have to walk into the road to avoid the puddle. This puddle always forms after rainfall / snow melting.
