Grit box

My nearest rit box is at the juntion of mosely ave and holyhead road but all of a sudden someone has put a padlock on it stoppping people from using it,we have heard the church have done this,my street is never grittes and i don not want to get stuck again

I was never told about the progress of this complaint.i have recently been past the grit box and the lock is now off but not been filled up
