An emergency response has been issued, reference number: 47725.

A follow up inspection will be carried out to ascertain any further repairs necessary.

Bollard still problematic - seems to move around of its own accord. Now off pavement and in road gutter. I've never seen it securely stay where it's meant to.

Its a mess and I know it has been fixed at least 3 times but without sucess.
