Missing road surface

THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN REPORTED BEFORE BUT STILL REMAINS A HAZARD. There are numerous potholes down the middle of Whinney Heys Road, between the hospital roundabout and the junction with Whinpark Ave. Whinpark Avenue has similar missing road surface as well. They are a danger to motorists, their cars, and patients travelling to hospital in ambulances please investigate and rectify ASAP. Thanks
