There is a large and very busy bus stops area here where there is a large amount of litter/refuse that has accumalated for at least 6 months and will cause a hygiene problem outside our hospital if not cleared up soon. A unhygienic and disgusting welcome to our hospital for visitors. There is a bin 15 yds away but there should be one closer to these stops which would help to alleviate the problem
