Ditch is overflowing on north side of road, just as one approaches [from the west] the turning for Bosham. There is poor visibility at this junction due to a bend and overgrown hedges.

Flooding has abated, but probably through evaporation.

Ditch does dry out when there is no rain, but soon fills up again after rain.
