Flooding - blocked pipe

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Chichester District Council 1 minute later

Southbrook Road (West) - Drainpipe under field entrance is blocked (or it might be the ditch running into the Bosham Stream). This is causing flooding across carriageway as water has to run northwards to drain into the Stream that side.
