Blocked ditch/drainpipe

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Chichester District Council 4 minutes later

Ditch destroyed by the vehicles of parents [etc]delivering /collecting children to/from school. This is causing flooding on north side of road, as gully connects under carriageway to the ditch. The ditch in turn is supposed to drain into the Mill Pond. I suggest piping ditch and install gully for drainage of south side of road.
