Excessive dog fouling

Along Spring View to Town End there is a large amount of dog faeces on pavement. I have to walk along here nearly everyday with my 2 year old chil and are faced with a large amount of dog mess. It is absoluteley disgusting and there are no signs at all on that stretch of road

No action taken, even one of the only bins on the street has been removed, even if people do pick up there dog poo there is no where yo put it!!
