Newton drive - Potholes

There are a series of potholes and crumbling surfaces along the length of Newton Drive. mostly they are on the Left Hand side travelling from the Victoria Hospital roundabout towards the town centre.Traffic is tending to swerve to avoid damaging tyres and suspension. Potentially very dangerous for motor cycles.

Council replied that the whole of this road is sceduled to be resurfaced at Easter.

Prompt reply from Council to say the whole road was scheduled for resurfacing. Some temporary repairs carried out soon after the report. Full works starting April 19th.
