Dangerous paving stone

A paving stone about 12 feet from the Western Road edge of La Fourchette restaurant on Bedford Place dips about two inches when one steps on it. It could trip someone up and several blind or partially sighted people use this road, so it would be good to get it fixed quickly. Many thanks
