Constant tipping

Fly tipping has been going on for years at the side of 120,bolton street, (which is actually Price st ).This , over the years has been reported to the council on dozens of ocassions. Still it goes on and is once again very bad.This problem should now be brought to its conclusion..Urgently

still no progress on my complaint of the 16th february, and other complaints regarding this place spreading over 6..yes 6 years.?????

the problem has NOT been fixed. BUT this complaint is only in its FIFTH YEAR.Early days yet
