Reported to Coventry City Council 17 and 18 January. Holding replies since then. Skip has been unlit since 21 September (reported on 22 September).

Skip and sand removed when I drove past on 5 March. New bag of sand dumped on road and pavement 8 March.

More bags of sand, bricks and blocks on footway. Coventry City Council don't understand what an obstruction is - it doesn't have to block the width of the footway.

It never went away. Now there are jumbo bags blocks and a cement mixer on the "pavement" or builders' yard.
