Pier Pavilion site

Sent to Conwy Council less than a minute later

The area of fenced off land outside the Pier Pavilion site on Happy Valley Road is full of rubbish. I realise that this is probably not council owned land but cannot action be taken against the site owners to clear it up? Many visitors pass this area daily and it gives a very poor impression of the town (please see photo)
