Disgraceful road surface

The whole length of this road is a disgrace. Admittedly it is probably less than a C road but it is still used. It is deeply potholed, flooded almost constantly and practically the whole length of the centre of the road is raised & green with grass/moss etc. No wonder it is not used. It should be redone completely.
