Manhole cover

There is a manhole cover on high street north (opposite mulberry bush pub) when cars drive over it, it makes a very loud noise. Can something be done about this?

I got an email within 8 hours saying this would be passed to highway agency, I got an email about 4 days laster from them saying the problem was ith the water company veolia but they would raise a section 88 against them to get it fixed. Nothing has been done.
