Not Enough Street Lighting

As I have to walk along Chapel Fields every morning at about 5:30am and at 7:00pm just past ASDA at the location on the map (approx) there isn't enough lighting along here and as this alleyway is dog mess prone, it is impossible to see where you are stepping! I think it needs to be considered.
