Illegally parked cars

Every single day there are cars parked on the huge amount of double yellow lines around this road.

Usually on the intersections between Hawkins Road and the entrances to Phoenix Court but generally on every part of double yellow lines. Lorrys often idle on the double yellows and the entrance/exit of the road also.

It is impossible for a resident of Caelum drive (which has no public parking itself, just private spaces policed by a private clamping company) to park anywhere near my home during the day due to the constantly growing amount of double yellow lines, which are then ignored by the workers of Phoenix Court anyway.

If you are going to make my life difficult by decreasing the amount of avaible parking, please at least enforce the newly painted yellow lines. Something like resident permits would be fantastic but I fear just a dream.

I'd suggest that the biggest problem is the vehicles belonging to workers of the building works of the next phase of the Q2 development, the cars seem to be there well before the offices of Phoenix Court have opened.

I have a lovely view of the building site from my bedroom window and they park a large number of cars (I would like to say all but obviously I cannot because I just don't know) on the site itself.
