Car Park Shutter

The car park at the back of the shopping mall in heathway the front shutter is not being closed by the council and it is supposed to be closed every night at 7.30 pm we had 6 cars burnt out last year because the council were'nt doing their job now it looks like we are going down that road again please could something be done about this problem as my residents at Millard Terrace are getting very annoyrd.

The problem is me and my vice-chair have reported the shutter of the car park on numerous occasions to Karen Proodfoot who's remit it comes under and nothing has been done about it, i have now even contacted the M.P. Jon Cruddas to try and chase things up because it is becoming a bit of a joke now and we have had enough, we will go down what ever road we have to now to try and get this problem resolved.

Apparantly i received a e.mail today stating that the car park shutters are now operating. that is not bad it only took the council between 6 to 8 months to get them fixed after constant e.mails and complaints.
