The pavement on Cottage Garden Lane is covered in dog mess & has been for some week, there is also a path linking Cottage Garden Lane & Holmes Street which is covered in dog mess. With children using both paths to access the schools the council must make it a priority to keep these areas clear. Do they really think this is not a health issue?
