Destroying verge

Outside 269 Manchester Road there are 3 or 4 vehicles parking daily on the grass verge while they work next door building a new house,they can t be bothered to park further up the road where it widens they have virtually destroyed the verges outside this property by their careless lazy actions!The flag on the map may not be in the exact location but it s 269 you will see the damage anyway and i think they should be made to pay for any repair.
