Green recycling box left obstructing the highway

7.45am/Tuesday/09.02.2010 in Stafford Street, Norwich on the south footway approx 50m west of j/w Heigham Road. Whilst walking to work I noticed the CityCare refuse collectors leave a green re-cycling box obstructing the footway. Could you please contact CityCare and ask the crew to be more careful before somebody trips over and gets hurt.
