7.45am/Tuesday/09.02.2010 in Stafford Street, Norwich on the south footway approx 50m west of j/w Heigham Road. Whilst walking to work I noticed the CityCare refuse collectors miss a re-cycling bin collection. The lid of the bin was slightly ajar but come on! Photo attached.
