Railings

The Railings are what realy let the lovely vitorian square down if you reinstaled the railings it would realy lift the over all appearance of the place. why you wont keep it to the same standerd as queens aquare i dont know. you seam to take a lot of pride in some of your squares and parks and neglect otheres.
