Business parking vans on double yellow lines at junction

Hond & Langer Glass Merchants are a business located on the corner of Green Lanes and Shrubbery Gardens.

They very frequently park their large vans on the double yellow lines on both sides of Shrubbery Gardens at the corner of Green Lanes.

This makes it very dangerous to cross Shrubbery Gardens at this point and also significantly reduces driver visibility at this junction.
