Car untaxed and abandoned

in ernestville road fishponds 2x cars have been abandoned from november 2009 reg num bf199 volkswagon bettle colour blue/green which has no tax or number plates now both bummper are missing looks like its being stripped and where bummpers was now has metal brackets sticking out second car reg num ly52kxm silver peugeot 307 which been parked in street from nov tax has ran out nov 09 havent been moved both have been reported to dvla for no tax but havent done anything about it
