The Flags on Tower Bridge

The Flags on Tower Bridge are filthy and seldom changed for clean ones. Please can you persuade the very wealthy Bridge Trust to arrange for this to be corrected - clean flags every week, for example?

I received the explanation that the flags are changed for new ones every 3 months, when the wind is in the right direction. Whether they are clean or filthy does not affect this procedure.
