Fly tipping

Rubish left at the side of Library House surgery. The rubbish appears to have been opened and looked at by whoever is leaving it there. The rubbish regularly contains packets for prescription drugs. One worry is the possibility that actual drugs may be left in the rubbish.

As the rubbish has been dumped on private property it becomes our rsponsibility, not the councils.
