Persistent Dog Fouling

Along with many other parents I walk my daughters along Cornthwaite Road ever morning to school and the areas I have marked is ALWAYS covered in dog excrement. I suspect because it's out of sight, so dog owners think it's a good place to use as a canine loo. Any help in ridding the area of this problem and preventing it occurring would be greatly appreciated.
