Rubbsih - Total Disgrace

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

There is a great amount of rubbish from Great George Street over the footbridge and on the grassy areas to the west of the footbridge (near Little Woodhouse Square). I have seen homeless people sleeping here and they just leave their rubbish, bags, bedding etc. here and make it a disgusting mess. I watched a man from Council emptying a bin here yesterday, but he ignored the rubbish that had been spilled onto the ground around the bin.
